Bishop Peter Morgan is the Founder and President of Vision International Ministries, a Teaching, Prophetic, Healing and Deliverance Ministry with headquarters in the U.S.A.

Scandalous maintenance makes a scandalous ministry. Ministers are as burning, shining lights in Christ’s church, but it is the duty of the people to provide comfortably for them, as Israel for lamps. (Leviticus 24:4).
